This week another copy of the New Paltz Area Chamber of Commerce B2B newsletter Regional Report hits the stands. Luminary Publishing has been working with the Chamber to create this seasonal publication four times a year for two years. In late 2010 the publication received a Pearl Award from the Custom Publishing Council for Best New Newsletter. This project is an example of the synergy between an excellent custom content provider and a membership organization that needs to serve and promote to its constituency.
